By creating an account or using any Nsoomcargo service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Nsoomcargo connects customers with taxi drivers, rentable vehicles, and hired drivers, and provides lost & found handling, live tracking, and in-app messaging. We act as a platform that facilitates these services; the individual drivers and vehicle owners are independent providers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You agree to provide accurate, current information (name, contact, payment details) and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Fares, rental rates, and driver hire prices are shown before you confirm a booking. By confirming, you authorise Nsoomcargo to charge the displayed amount (plus any applicable surcharges, VAT, or cancellation fees) to your selected payment method. Cash and mobile-pay rides are settled with the driver and tracked in the app.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Drivers and vehicle owners must hold valid licences and permits, keep vehicles roadworthy and insured, and follow all applicable laws. Nsoomcargo may suspend or remove any driver or listing that fails these standards.

You agree not to abuse, harass, or mislead other users, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our community guidelines.

The app and services are provided on an "as is" basis. Nsoomcargo is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent drivers or vehicle owners, or for indirect or incidental losses. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
